You may order items until Nov. 26 at 6 pm or until supplies last. Quantities are limited on some items so please order early.

If you'd like to have someone walk you through the process, ask for a Community Programs employee at your market. They would be happy to help!

Our holiday reservations website is separate from our regular T&C website, so you'll need a separate account for holiday reservations. Please feel free to check out as a guest if you prefer not to create a reservations account.

Yes - call Customer Support at 206.222.9530 ext. 7, Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm, and they will gladly place your order for you. We cannot take phone orders from the markets.

No - your card will be pre-authorized when you place your order, and when you pick your order up we'll charge your card at the pickup station. No need to check-out at the front of the market unless you are doing other shopping.

Yes - if you created an account when you placed your order, simply log in and make modifications to your order by 6 pm the day before your selected pickup date and time. If you checked out as guest, send an email to customerservice@tc-markets.com for assistance.

Yes - just send an email with your order confirmation number to customerservice@tc-markets.com and ask to cancel. Please do so at least 48 hours prior to your selected pickup date and time to avoid a possible 50% restocking fee.

Yes - if you would like to use cash, gift card or EBT, please write it in your order notes. We are happy to accommodate.

Yes - place your holiday reservation on this site, then when you place your regular grocery order on the T&C site add this to the notes field: "Please include my holiday reservation with this order for pickup" with your reservation confirmation number. Note - pickup for both orders must be scheduled for the same day.
