Can I modify an order that has already been placed?

Yes, you can update your existing order up to 2 days before the selected reservation. Customer Support is always standing by, ready to help add or remove products to your pre-order. We can also help you update your reservation date & time. Call or text Customer Support at 206.222.9530, or send an email to customerservice@tc-markets.com.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Yes. All orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to pick-up date/time. Orders cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a 50% restocking fee based on the final cost/weight of the order. If you'd like to change or add to your order, or have any other questions, please call or text us at 206-222-9530 or email customerservice@tc-markets.com.

Why is my T&C login not working?

Our preorder experience is different from the experience on townandcountrymarkets.com, so your existing credentials will not work on our pre-order page. Can my pre-order be combined with an online order?
